Dear Parents,

Yesterday, the district constructed a Learning Choice Form which was sent to all families registered at Maple Grove.

Here are 3 important pieces of information:

1. Parents must complete a form for each child at the school… this is critical as it adds accuracy to our numbers and will better match our enrolment.
   
2. Forms are due to be submitted No Later Than Thursday, Sept 3rd at 8:00pm
   
3. I’m now aware that a small number of parents didn’t get the email (which was sent from Maple Grove Student Records) For convenience, I am enclosing a quick link to the registration form.

On a separate note, thank you for your ongoing support for the students and staff at the school. We truly appreciate it. We hope you received the September Restart Plan (Draft) earlier today. Thank you for being patient while the Provincial Health Authority and Ministry of Education worked with school districts and schools to provide guidelines for Health + Safety for students and staff. It is our intention to review these guidelines with students and staff next week.
