Congratulations to Chloe Ng in Div 1 for winning the Maple Grove Spelling Bee.  Also, congrats to all the 20 other participants who participated.  Thank you to Mrs. Humeniuk for organizing this delightful annual event.

Monte Carlo Fundraiser Night – Friday February 21st

We are looking for volunteers who are ready to have fun at our event – we need bartenders, food servers, dealers, set up and take down decorating crew, and a music lead/amateur DJ.   If you are interested, please contact Monica at MGPACMonteCarlo@hotmail.com.

We also need donations for our Silent Auction! Any donation will be appreciated! Examples include event tickets, ski experiences, spa services, popular items such as electronics and gift cards. Donated items can be dropped of in the office marked with “Monte Carlo Night” before Friday January 31st. Thank you in advance.

LEGO DONATION

If anyone has some Lego they would like to donate to the school, please speak to Ms. Peters or Ms. Thow in the office. Ms. R. Wong’s class (Division 8) will use the Lego for their calming corner.

MAGEE MARKET FAIR FUNDRAISER

The Magee Market Fair fundraiser is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Magee Music Society and would like to invite you and all of the grade 7’s to our fair which is being held on Friday, Feb. 7 at Magee School from 5:30-9:00 pm. This just happens to be our 16th year.

Maple Grove kids have fun with snow day.   Parents are reminded to listen to local radio stations and media outlets for snow closure information.  Admin will always try to post to our blog and parent email info in a timely manner.

CAMP READ  – DIVISIONS  9 & 10

Maple Grove kids participated in the annual Camp Read.  Camp Read is a fun program that emphasizes the benefits of reading for enjoyment and interest.  It’s goal is to foster a love and appreciation of literature/ reading.
