Message from our School Nurse:

If you are a student who received a consent form for immunizations in October, and have not yet returned the form with either a yes or no, please do so ASAP. You can contact Harj to discuss if you have any further questions. We will be at the school in April and this will be the last opportunity to have your child immunized in the school setting if you would like. If your child has had their vaccinations completed at their family Dr’s office, please send in the records or call the school nurse with the dates as we do not have access to these records.

I hope everyone had a great holiday break and are settled back into a routine. We are half way through January already and that means that our annual Lunar Celebration is coming up! This year it will take place on Friday February 2nd which is just over 2 weeks away. Our Lunar committee has been busy planning another great evening that will be as fun and entertaining as last years event. To be successful we need your help. Dear Maple Grove Community – Students, Parents, Teachers, Staff and Friends,

On Friday February 2nd, Maple Grove PAC will be hosting our 2nd annual Lunar New Year Event and Fundraiser.  Please see the poster below for details and tickets.

We invite you to join together and welcome the upcoming Lunar New Year of the Earth Dog!  

Last year’s launch of Maple Grove’s 1st Lunar New Year celebration and fundraiser drew a group of 200 plus and raised $5,000 for the direct benefit of our school community.

This year in October over 25 committed PAC Volunteers began working together to create another outstanding evening of fun, games, prizes, asian food, music and entertainment for ALL.   On February 2nd look for an amazing demonstration and sale of sugar paintings – a traditional, intricately designed and very popular Chinese sweet snack.
