Dear Maple Grove Families:

Below you will find a letter from Dr. Steve Cardwell, our Superintendent giving some information about the current situation and some web pages to access for more detailed discussion.

In summary:

1. We will not be returning to school until September

2. There will be no reports issued for Grades K – 7. Please do not be too concerned about how this will affect entry into other programs as all students are affected and all institutions will be aware of the situation.

3. There is currently no information about summer school. Check:   http://www.vsb.bc.ca towards the end of the week.

The situation is sad for all of us.  All the staff and I are missing the children. We had a fabulous Grade 7 ceremony and party yesterday and I will publish more details later. Parents worked tremendously hard to make this a memorable event.

The school is open at the following times.  You can come in to deliver items or to get items your child may have left behind in the classrooms.
